Elisen Elite AFS 500 System
The Elisen Elite AFS 500 allows for significantly greater range by providing 4,500 lbs of auxiliary fuel – approximately 12% more than the capacity of the auxiliary fuel system offered for the Bombardier Challenger 850 or a similarly configured CRJ200.
“Based on simple, reliable and robust ‘clean sheet’ design, the Elisen Elite AFS 500 is specifically engineered to interoperate with the CRJ200’s existing fuel system,” said Taif Rahman, Executive Vice President, Elisen Technologies. “The location of our tanks does not compromise the aircraft’s center of gravity. Optimized design and a weight reduction exercise make this major aircraft modification for extra fuel possible without increasing the aircraft’s weight or reducing its useable payload. The Elisen Elite AFS 500 complies with the latest FAA and EASA requirements, including SFAR 88 §25.981,” Mr. Rahman added.
