History

Founded in 1997 by Stephan Durand and Taif Rahman two veteran aerospace engineers, Elisen Technologies brings together an engineering team that is dynamic, versatile and having a large majority of its members possess more than fifteen years of experience in the industry. 

In 2001, as a recognition for their technical expertise and commitment to safety, Elisen Technologies was the first independent engineering firm in Quebec to be accredited a Design Approval Organization (DAO # 01-Q-01) by Transport Canada. With the extensive delegation in the areas of structures, systems, interiors and occupant safety.

In 2004, Elisen Technologies co-founded Montreal Jet Center (MJet), a completion and maintenance center servicing the business aircraft community. Shortly after, the Elisen Group was formed and both companies were recognized as respective divisions of the group. The combined entities form a unique turnkey solution for all major completions and conversions, and all under one roof.
